Multidisciplinary management of chronic kidney disease: perspectives from the Latin American region

Recorded on December 9, 2021 available to watch OnDemand

Collaboration for improved outcomes in patients with chronic kidney disease

Join Professor Roberto Pecoits-Filho and experts from the Latin American region as they explore key challenges in the diagnosis and management of chronic kidney disease (CKD), including the role of newer renoprotective agents.

A multidisciplinary (MDT) panel comprising two nephrologists, an endocrinologist, cardiologist, and primary care physician discuss the benefits of collaborative working, supporting your clinical practice for better integrated care and outcomes for patients with CKD. They will be joined by two additional members of the MDT, a renal nurse and dietitian, who will offer their perspectives on how CKD MDT care could be improved. The audience will then move to a Spanish- or Brazilian Portuguese-speaking breakout session to continue the discussion in an interactive forum.

Suitable for Latin American-based nephrologists and all other healthcare professionals involved in the CKD MDT.

The webinar is in English with Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese subtitles.
